Does GigRadar sell tickets?
No. GigRadar discovers gigs and links you to ticket providers. Ticket purchases, fees and refunds are handled by the provider.
How often will you alert me?
You choose. Free includes an opt-in weekly digest. Paid plans add event and sale alerts, with duplicate suppression and daily limits.
Where does GigRadar work?
The initial release focuses on UK towns and postcodes. Coverage varies by provider and venue, so no discovery service can guarantee every gig.
What happens if a gig is cancelled?
We update the event when its provider reports a cancellation. Always confirm the latest details with the ticket provider before travelling.
Which ticket providers are supported?
Ticketmaster is the first live integration. SeatGeek and authorised Eventbrite organisation feeds can be enabled after access and commercial terms are confirmed.
